After spending most of my life as a vegetarian, a few years ago I went completely plant-based. It was a decision that totally changed my life and wellbeing. I discovered the small, sustainable changes to your lifestyle that lead to transformation. Food holds the key to longevity and mental clarity, but you don’t need to give up all the things you love - I can show you how to balance good food and a healthier lifestyle so it becomes second nature. I also work closely with athletes to maximise their nutrition on a plant based diet.
