After spending most of my life as a vegetarian, I went completely plant-based a few years ago. It was a decision that totally changed my life and the way I live.

I know what it’s like to feel overbusy. When I transitioned from a vegetarian to a plant-based diet, I transformed from being constantly bloated and tired to feeling lighter and more energetic, with fewer aches and pains. I decided to study food, nutrition and fitness and along the way, I learnt how to help others too. I didn’t step into the gym until I was 49 years old and since then I’ve not only built strength and transformed my body, I;’m so much better equipped to deal with all the things that life throws at me as a busy Women.

It’s never too early in life to start putting yourself first, and certainly never too late. My job is to guide you towards transforming your health and well-being so that you feel more confident and in control. I work with people from all walks of life, from busy Mums to pro athletes, and my training covers all kinds of diets. You can be confident in my advice on adjusting and maintaining a better way to eat and live, whilst not giving up the things you love.

I offer expertise in sports nutrition, childhood nutrition and obesity prevention, nutrition for older adults, pre and post-natal nutrition and vegan, vegetarian and plant-based nutrition. I am a fully qualified personal trainer, passionate about working with Women who are feeling overwhelmed. Although I specialise in Peri Menopause and Menopause I would urge all Women to take control much earlier to help mitigate the symptoms that come with this life stage. I am an example of what the right diet and lifestyle can do for your health and wellbeing. I always practice what I preach!
