I can also offer bespoke programmes which offer you complete flexibility depending on your budget - but the process of changing your life is not a quick one. Losing weight quickly is neither healthy nor sustainable - a crash diet will throw your hormones into turmoil, the weight will return as quickly as you lost it, and it will be harder to lose the next time you try.

My programmes are built on scientific research, and are designed to provide steady, incremental weight loss and maintenance, implementing long-term and sustainable eating habits that will serve you well for the rest of your life. My job is to guide you through what you should be doing, supporting you and keeping you accountable throughout your journey, I am your personal nutrition assistant and trainer.   • An initial consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, address your concerns, and create a plan for the coming weeks.

  • Following the first call, we’ll initially have a bi-weekly check-ins where we’ll discuss any struggles, make necessary adjustments and set new goals, followed by one-to-one support via the app and monthly deep dive calls to really focus your training and nutrition.

  • A tailored to you training programme that fits in with your lifestyle (Home and Gym plans available) that we can tweak along the way according to progress and those life things that sometimes get in the way. Weekly form check videos to make sure you are training right.

  • Personalised Nutrition Support - via our app with suggestions and advice to keep you accountable we really focus on what works for you and your body.

  • Solutions and suggestions tailored specifically to you and your goals

  • Mindful eating and portion control, with support when it comes to changing your mindset towards fuelling your body and curbing cravings.

  • Access to the private Facebook community, where you can exchange thoughts with like-minded women, ask questions and gain access to daily tips, recipes and challenges.

  • Access to our APP where everything will be stored in one easy to access place so you know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals. Easy to track your workouts, check ins and nutrition in one place.

  • Advice on eating intuitively with your maintenance calories in mind, with guidance on introducing relaxed eating into your life

  • Deeper understanding of the menopause and how diet can help you through it

  • Incorporation of a more structured activity level, whatever that looks like for you - full-on gym work outs, home workouts, or just introducing more movement into your life.

  • For those already tuned into their fitness and nutrition we can write a full done for you training programme via our training app so you can take your training to the next level

  • A bespoke plan created with your needs in mind - whether you’re looking for a three-day strength training gym programme or you are training for a specific goal we got you.

  • Plans are written in 4-8 week cycles

  • One 121 call a month to check in with your trainer and tweak anything on the plan, plus contact with your trainer if you have any extra questions with regards to your training, form etc.

  • Strength training plans designed to help with bone strength, mental health and mitigation of menopause symptoms

  • Access to our private Facebook group for additional support.
